Our horse manure extraction systems can be fitted to any stables, regardless of size and age. By means of their strong suction power, even horse droppings that have been collected using a stable shovel can be easily conveyed to the manure heap.
The suction and ejection blower draws up the horse droppings through its air intake and conveys it through pipelines to the manure heap. This way, the droppings are chopped up and the straw broken down. The muck thus conveyed lands on the manure heap well mixed and chopped up. By means of this mechanical change, both the straw and the horse droppings can undergo a rotting down process and then be employed as an agricultural fertilizer.

A pipe can be drawn into each horse box. In the case of a new build, it would also be possible to set up one air intake for two boxes and to lay the pipelines in the floor. The air intake is set into the wall.

By lifting up the chrome-steel slide, we open the air intake. A catch holds it open. The straw and dung is drawn in by suction.

The pipelines are run along under the roof where they join together. The muck from all the boxes is collected five metres above floor level. The pipes are made from a special synthetic material that is both acid and UV resistant. Even urine cannot corrode it. A long serviceable life can therefore be guaranteed.

Both the blower and the Y-tubes and the slides in the horse boxes are made from acid-resistant chrome-steel. They will not rust even after long and intensive use. A silencer reduces the blower's noise by around 50%.
